Cancellation policy
9. Subscriptions
By subscribing to our products, you agree to the following subscription terms. These rules ensure smooth processing and fairness for both the customer and the merchant.
9.1 Minimum Term & Deliveries
All subscriptions include a mandatory minimum term of three months.
During this period:
You will receive the same order you placed, delivered on a recurring basis according to the subscription cycle.
The minimum term is binding and cannot be cancelled, paused, or altered early for any reason.
A cancellation is only possible after the 3rd delivery has been fulfilled.
9.2 Recurring Payments
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
You authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each subscription cycle.
The subscription remains active as long as payments are successful.
Failed or missed payments may lead to immediate termination without refund.
9.3 30-Day Rolling Billing Cycle
All subscription products are subject to a fixed rolling 30-day billing cycle, which is mandatory and non-negotiable.
A new subscription order is automatically generated every 30 days, calculated from the date the original subscription was placed.
There are no fixed calendar billing dates.
Each billing event is based solely on the individual subscription start date.
9.4 Billing Timing & Order Generation
The initial subscription charge occurs at the time the subscription is placed.
Each subsequent charge and order generation occurs automatically every 30 days thereafter.
Example:
If a subscription is purchased on January 30:
the next subscription order and charge will normally occur on February 28 or March 1 (depending on month length),
and every 30 days thereafter.
9.5 Early Billing Right in Case of Supply Constraints
To ensure reliable fulfillment and timely delivery of subscription orders, the customer expressly agrees that we reserve the right to charge the next subscription payment earlier than the standard 30-day cycle, but no earlier than 20 days after the previous charge, if necessary due to:
supplier shortages,
production capacity constraints,
logistics or shipping lead times,
or other operational circumstances affecting product availability.
In such cases, the early charge serves exclusively to secure inventory and guarantee on-time delivery of the upcoming subscription order.
9.6 Continuous Billing Rhythm
Once initiated, the subscription follows a continuous rolling billing rhythm based on the original subscription start date.
Individual changes, pauses, postponements, or custom billing dates are not permitted.
9.7 Purpose of the Billing Structure
The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the rolling billing cycle and the possibility of early charging are required to:
secure advance funding for product sourcing and procurement,
ensure timely payment to suppliers,
accommodate production and shipping lead times,
guarantee consistent and uninterrupted fulfillment of subscription deliveries.
Without this billing structure, reliable fulfillment of subscription orders would not be possible.
9.8 Payment Obligation & Responsibility
Subscription charges are due in advance, binding, and strictly non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected payment method remains valid and sufficiently funded at all times.
Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of the subscription without refund or replacement.
9.9 No Deviation or Exception
There is no entitlement to:
alternative billing schedules,
customized charge dates,
retroactive adjustments,
or objections to early billing within the agreed minimum 20-day period.
9.10 Notice Period for Cancellation (30 Days)
Cancellation of a subscription is only permitted subject to a mandatory notice period of 30 days.
This means:
-
A cancellation does not take effect immediately, but always only at the end of the following 30-day billing cycle.
-
If a cancellation is submitted after a delivery has been completed or after a subscription payment has already been charged, the subscription remains active for at least one additional full billing cycle.
-
During the notice period, one additional subscription charge will be due, and one additional delivery will be fulfilled in full.
The 30-day notice period is binding and non-negotiable.
Early termination, immediate cancellation, refunds, or any reduction of the notice period are expressly excluded.
