Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in the same condition as received

unworn, unused, with tags attached

in its original packaging

accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

After your request is reviewed, our customer support team will provide you with the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Packages sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective or damaged, or
-
you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

perishable products (food, flowers, plants)

personalized or custom-made items

personal care or hygiene products
-
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Subscriptions / Discount Memberships
Please note that subscriptions, auto-renew plans, and items purchased under subscription discount programs are non-refundable.
Because subscribers receive significant price reductions and exclusive benefits:

subscription purchases cannot be returned

subscription charges cannot be refunded
-
cancellations only affect future billing periods
No refunds will be issued for past subscription payments.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest method is:

Initiate and send back the item according to the return process

Once approved, place a new order separately
European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Right
For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be:

unused, unwashed, and in original condition
-
in original packaging
-
with all tags attached
-
returned with proof of purchase
This right does not apply to subscriptions, custom items, sale items, or excluded categories listed above.
Return shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee also apply to EU cancellations.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to complete the refund.
